It's snowing in Australia
This is not a spoof it's true. I thought I'd check out the weather down under seeing as the previous report was talking about a significant rain event. The website I went to http://weather.news.com.au/ mentioned snow!
"A high will cause strong winds and showers to ease across southern NSW, VIC and TAS and cause snow falls to clear. The high will clear SA and keep the rest of the interior dry. A deepening low will cause showers and storms to spread across western and southern WA. "
I thought I was seeing things so I searched for it on YouTube and found that it has indeed been snowing in Australia this week.
