eCBOT close/early call
eCBOT corn closed sharply lower 15-16c down in overnight trade, drifting steadily lower throughout the session.
Beans set record highs 15-16c up early in the session but were also unable to hold onto those gains and closed 1 3/4c firmer to 2 1/2c lower.
Wheat closed around 2-3c lower.
Very earliest calls on Chicago this afternoon are: Corn futures are expected to open 12 to 15 lower; soybeans 2 to 5 higher; wheat 2 to 5 lower.
